Overview

Our shop location is Brazil and depending on the destination country and their customs policies it may take up to 2 months for your item to get delivered to the final address.

As a general rule, we do not take ANY responsibility for the carrier’s handling of your item. In a few limited cases, we may agree on a return or refund, ie. if your item was severely damaged due to a misspackaging issue or if it was not delivered because of an address mistake commited on our side.

As said, any damages to your item that ocurred during the transport

Refunds and Returns

If we agree on a refund, the ammount you paid (excluding shipping) will be credited to your card or original method of payment within a matter of days (depending on your banking/credit card provider).

For returns, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. As mentioned above, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items such as an original painting, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
